Shortages/Damages

When receiving your shipment, always check to make sure you have received all your packages. If you are missing a package you should check the missing package on the delivery receipt. Please contact courier as soon as possible to notify them that not all packages for your order were delivered. Any loss, short shipment or damage must be reported to kangmei within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Production Lead Time

For bulk production focus on “production time”only, it generally takes 45 days for the regular run from raw material to the final good testing ready package come out. Detail production kindly refer to the actual situation.

For have-stock item, it can be shipped out quickly in one week, kindly check with our sales team.

For shipping time focus on “sea” or “railway ” or “Air” shipment, basically most wholesaler will consider “sea shipment” while sometime will go air shipment if top urgent. For the actual shipping time will be depend on exact local destination and detail address, to port or to door which will be depend on actual situation, Kindly contact us and our sales team will update you the general shipping time for reference only. Some time shipment will be delayed due to some unexpectation hopefully can be fully understand and put ahead for your plan ahead setting.

Shipping charge

Shipping charge is different based on your destination country, to port or to door. Trade term will be negociated before the order was setting. And the shipping charge only prediction for your reference at the beginning of the order, it will be final confirmed before the containers or goods are ready to ship, then the shipping charge will be update for the promp shipment.

Although kangmei strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors or misprints may occur.  In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, kangmei shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders, or part of an order placed or subsequently processed by kangmei for that product and terminate the purchase agreement without further liability.  In the event that a product is priced in error or a product information error occurs, kangmei may, at our sole discretion, contact you for further instructions, cancel your order and notify you of such a cancellation, terminate the purchase agreement and/or correct the error on our website.

Exclusion and limitation of liability for any breach of these terms and conditions, kangmei sole and exclusive maximum liability shall not, in any event, exceed the total price of the products ordered by customer, in no event will kangmei be liable to customer for consequential, incidental, special damages or economic loss arising from any claim or action, incidental or collateral to, or directly or indirectly related to the purchase of the products hereunder, whether such claim is based in contract, statute, tor, implied duties or obligations or other legal theory.

(a)  agree that any suit, action, or other legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or any transaction hereunder must be brought in the china Superior Court of Justice,   

(b)  consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court in any such suit, action or proceeding;  

(c)  waives any objections to the laying of the venue of any such suit, action or proceeding in any such courts, and;  

(d)  waives any right that it may have to assert the defence of forum non-conveniens in any such suit, action or proceeding.
